When you’re planning a get-together with friends or just want to eat an absurd amount of grilled meat, picking the right place can be harder than it sounds.
These days, with prices up across the board, all-you-can-eat usually comes with one big question: is it actually worth the money?
If you know Busan at all, head straight for Judies Taehwa in Seomyeon—or the building just to the right of Sambo Game Land on the second floor.
In a spot that’s incredibly easy to find, I came across one of those rare hidden gems that really delivers on both quality and value.
The place I’m talking about today is Suksunghwaro.
Not long ago, I had a group dinner at another all-you-can-eat sliced pork spot in Seomyeon, and honestly, I kept thinking how much better it would have been if we’d known about this place first.

A different level of 360-hour aged fresh pork
If you still think all-you-can-eat meat has to be low quality, this Seomyeon unlimited pork BBQ spot will completely change your mind.
-
Suksunghwaro breaks the stereotype that unlimited meat has to be cheap in every sense of the word. They carefully select premium cuts and age them for at least 15 days—that’s 360 hours. They say it proudly, too: this is high-end aged fresh meat, built on 20 years of know-how, using top-quality pork belly instead of the low-grade meat so common at all-you-can-eat restaurants, then serving it after a full 360 hours of aging.
-
From the very first bite to the last, the meat keeps that deep, savory flavor and juicy tenderness that makes you stop and appreciate what you’re eating. I also loved that they offer a variety of cuts, which made the meal feel much more interesting.

Unlimited rice, ramen, and drinks make the value even better
Is the meat the only good part? Not at all. Rice is unlimited, and there’s also a self-serve ramen station you can use as much as you want, so this is basically designed to make sure nobody leaves hungry.
-
And for about $1 extra, you can add unlimited soft drinks, which makes this an easy pick for college students, office dinners, and any kind of group gathering.
-
I’m disappointed the photo of the self-serve bar didn’t turn out well, because there were lots of side dishes, sauces, and extras to choose from.
-
The only thing I still regret is not ordering a drink with all that delicious meat.

A 120-seat dining hall and private group rooms
There’s a large hall that can accommodate more than 120 people, along with private rooms, so it’s a great choice for company dinners, reunions, and other group events.
-
I especially liked that the private rooms have beautiful Korean names: “Onsaemiro” and “Malgeunnuri.” There are two separate rooms, which makes it easy to enjoy a more intimate group meal.
-
The room sizes are a little different, so it’s worth comparing them in advance and asking when you make your reservation for the most comfortable setup.
-
Thanks to the smart layout, quick refills, and experienced staff, even with lots of diners, I was able to enjoy the meal without waiting around.

So if you’re looking for a Seomyeon unlimited pork BBQ restaurant that balances quality and value in Busan, South Korea, Suksunghwaro is absolutely worth a visit. If you want to enjoy as much high-quality aged fresh pork as you can handle, or you need a solid place for your next group dinner, I’d definitely put this on your list.
